Meriu Creative Solutions is the brainchild resulting from Todd Spencer and Lee Asplund having fun employing some of the skills they used in their working lives, to either create masterpieces for personal use, or to help out friends with various projects.
We firmly believe that if we are not having fun with what we are doing, we cannot bring everything we are to the success of seeing our dreams and visions become reality. This means we will give everything on each project we work with you on – providing innovative ideas and designs with quality and reliable implementation you can rely on! C. Lee Asplund
Lee Asplund proudly identifies as a certified geek and is proud of her passion and curiosity for everything science, technology, food, and life. She has been known to quote, “Curiosity may have killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back to life!”. No one quite knows what life Lee is currently on…
Lee’s background in chemistry and working for technology companies gives a unique set of skills ranging from technical writing to graphic design to prototyping and a whole lot more in between. She is just as happy working on a computer as she is rolling up her sleeves and doing the physical design, development, and implementation of a vision and making it into a physical reality.

Todd W. Spencer
Todd W. Spencer first picked up a camera at the age of twelve and has continued working with images and light ever since. His experiences include co-producing a handful of critically acclaimed independent films and over ten years working in Los Angeles on hundreds of commercials and scores of musical and long-form videos. He has worked on over 30 feature films such as: Men In Black II, Spider-Man, What Lies Beneath, Stuart Little, Hollow Man, Contact, Starship Troopers, and Money Train.
Although particularly skilled as a Lighting Cinematographer, Todd’s skills encompass the entire spectrum of production and post-production work, even including such specialties as special effects and computer generated imagery.
