We believe that creating amazing food is part of art.  Here are just a few of our recent creations.

Sushi Cake

Brunch Delights

This was a fairly yummy brunch.  The menu may have included, all adapted for gluten free dining:

  • Croque Monsieur
  • Ham and Asparagus Bites
  • Creme Brulee French Toast

     

Molecular Gastronomy

Because, why not play with your food?

Here we have a spherized Margarita made with homemade sour mix.

Believe it or not, this is a dessert:

  • The Egg White is actually a white chocolate panna cota
  • The Egg Yolk is spherized mango puree
  • And the bacon is candied

Here we are making balsamic pearls for us in our deconstructed Caprese Salad.

    

The Caprese salad used a pressed tomato sheet for the wrapper, and was filled with baby fresh mozzarella balls, basil noodles and balsamic pearls!
